Daily Duties at Northrop Grumman:
Effectively managed three subcontractors (Cooper Notification Systems-$550M, PKMM Inc.-$400M, Honeywell- $25M) as well as five internal contracts ($10M) through the stages of the contractual cycle. Identified and performed troubleshooting against invoices, actuals, and performance to resolve and mitigate additional cost overruns by monitoring and closely managing OCONUS/CONUS subcontract labor charging. Effectively communicated and clarified all subcontract performance issues to the prime Government contractor while assuring contractual compliance. • Collaborated, tracked, monitored and managed Technical Risk Management tools to bring resolution and closure to mission critical events • Developed and conducted numerous analyses on cost and schedule to keep senior program management abreast on contract performance • Resigned position to return to Birmingham with Husband and Newborn Child
