Daily Duties at Clear Channel:
Traffic Billing Clerk (2009) Managed, executed verification, and edited all orders and productions according to contractual requirements while exceeding strict daily deadlines. Quickly resolved discrepant accounting records and ensured all representatives had correct production for all orders. • Promoted to this position within four months due to outstanding performance. General Sales Assistant and National Sales Assistant (2008) Supported the national sales and management team across ten radio stations by editing and distributing promotional materials and proposals. • Developed and implemented a filing system for all 2006-2009 orders in accordance to audit regulations and procedures • Implemented and maintained database to expeditiously resolve numerous invoicing issues • Layoff due to Business/Industry Downturn
