Managed multiple small business subcontractors (Cohesion Force - $700k, Quadrus - $3M, TSC $3M) that provided support across three program contracts including four internal components throughout contractual life cycle with multiple TOs and CLINs to ensure scope and delivery requirements are met in a timely manner. • Communicated and collaborated with internal/external customers to develop compliant Security Classification, RFP’s, Statements of Work (SOWs), Technical and Quality Specifications, Deliverable Requirements List and Schedules (SDRLs), Performance Assessment Requirements, Negotiate Supplier Terms and Conditions, Proposal Preparation, and Pricing Requirements to complete proposal packages as well as effectively administer and manage upon award • Converted to Direct Hire with Lockheed Martin
