Daily Duties at Jp Morgan Chase:
• Support 5 senior relationship managers covering high priority hedge funds and asset managers in the markets space. • Oversee a weekly governance program for JPM’s top 20% of global markets clients. • Own and maintain a client service scorecard program across all asset classes to be distributed daily. • Conduct an internal weekly discussion consisting of 90 participants in regards to client service program initiatives. • Partnered and established relationships with over 10 internal teams to ensure client service level expectations. • Generate pitch books for senior stakeholders presenting quarterly performance to high-priority clients. • Draft summary notes while on off-site visits in order to be circulated to internal middle office managers. • Aggregate and graph client data across equities, derivatives, fixed income, and foreign exchange to understand client trends. • Helped identify areas of improvement across various middle marketing offices while implementing new strategies. • Serve as an escalation contact for client compensation claims cross-product.
