VP/Director- Supply Chain. This very hands on position reports to both the CFO and COO. This "C" suite related position will manage all third-party relationships with suppliers and will build upon and maintain those critical relationships. This individual must be a strategic thinker with the ability to identify potential issues before they become a problem as well as have strong negotiation skills. Additionally, this individual will also be the liaison with the internal sales and marketing teams pertaining to costs, sales projections and market condition and expectations. The primary responsibilities are: -Plan and develop operating policies, guidelines and procedures that meet business objectives and remain consistent with the organizations already established policies. -Maintain and develop relations with supply base that encourages innovation of products and techniques. -Design, implement, manage and monitor reporting systems to meet company requirements. -Manage all distribution facilities and channels.
