Daily Duties at At&T Corporate Real Estate:
I been promoted to various managerial positions within AT&T. For 2.5 years I administered an annual $16 million lease budget and through my personal lease audits, resulted in recovering $4.8 million of lease reimbursements from Landlords and missing rent payments from tenants. For 3 years, I worked on managing, vacating and decommissioning several San Francisco (South of Market) administration buildings totaling 1.4M square feet. Major interaction with other AT&T business units for their relocation and intense negotiations with San Francisco Building Department to satisfy their vacant building requirements. As the San Francisco and Mid Peninsula AT&T property manager for 10 years, my primary responsibility is to maintain company facilities so that normal telecommunication operations could be conducted without any work failures that would require local, state and federal (CAL-OSHA, CPUC and FCC) government incident reporting. It takes teamwork to manage facilities so effective leadership with my crew members was a daily task. I created a progressive culture focused on staff needs and recommendations. This created a "can do" attitude which allow me to implement better procedures. Marked client satisfaction and personnel wage savings fulfilled AT&T Real Estate yearly objectives and financial goals.
What they like about At&T Corporate Real Estate:
You highly value a work environment built on a formal structure, rules, and regulations. You do not enjoy the unpredictability of shifting priorities and deadlines that upset your routine. You require and enjoy direction, input and accountability as part of your work environment. You have a strong need to participate in making key decisions and feel left out if your superiors or co-workers do not seek your input when making decisions. You thrive on providing good customer service to both internal or external customers, and doing so makes you feel good.
