Daily Duties at Keyotee Inc.:
Product Management: Defined technology road map, direction and tactical planning in sync with marketing strategy. Presentations to board of directors, VCs. Led cross-functional teams (~12 FTE’s) across US transitioning MEMS / semiconductor based product requirements into proof-of-concept demonstration in MEMS scanning display engine. Year 2007 - 2008 Pivoted existing display technology for use in new market for ‘movie anti-piracy’. Technology stopped piracy during Distribution and Exhibition phases of new movies releases. Built a product demo for presenting to investors Product Management: Developed technical vision to complement business plan, setting tone & direction for company’s technology. Market due diligence, financial analysis, customer leads & partnership with vertically integrated players. Business Planning: Defined scope, budgets, schedules & deliverables. Developed IP portfolio & led fund raising efforts including executive presentations for venture capitalists & investors. Garnered interests from multiple angels / Tier-I VCs.
