Daily Duties at Victor Hotel By Hyatt:

MANAGEMENT/ADMINISTRATION: Assume responsibility for F&B Operations & equally responsible for the management and growth of the F&B department. Ensure strict compliance with all applicable occupational, health, and safety regulations and laws. Create an environment where safety comes first and all employees strictly adhere to F&B/ Hotel Operating Standards. Consistently deliver exceptional customer service through execution of F&B Service Standards. Pro actively build customer relations through soliciting feedback and addressing and resolving customer complaints. Continuously strive to improve operational execution through attention to detail and adherence to the Hyatt Hotel’s Operating Standards. Review financial reports and develop action plans to grow revenue and cost control in order to meet or exceed monthly and annual budgets. Maintained expenses below budget thanks to an accurate planning waste reduction, efficient purchasing and cost effective operation procedures. Implement very successful risk management strategies utilizing statistical calculations to assess investments in marketing, purchasing and expansions. Micro management of each revenue center: Bars, Cafeteria, Main Restaurant, outside Restaurant café, Events and Catering, Room Service, and Spa Service. SUPERVISING: Cultivate a team environment that provides exceptional customer service while ensuring all team members perform at a consistently high level. Promote positive employee relations including effective delegation of duties, fostering high staff morale, collaborating successfully with the entire management team, upholding Hotel’s Operating Standards and execution of the Performance Management process. Team management and responsibilities includes recruiting, hiring, training and scheduling management team.
