Daily Duties at The Palms Hotel & Spa:
irectly responsible of all Food and Beverage Outlets. Main Duties: Make sure that all standards for revenue and cost control are being implemented Develop a strategy to help assure that target goals are achieved Inspect to make sure that safety, sanitation, preventive maintenance are constantly met Promoting the enforcement of employees' adherence to scheduling, job description's task's, and company's culture and guidelines Manage the long and short term staffing needs of the different departments Holding weekly meetings with F&B managers to read P&L statements, to strategize, and to create corrective actions. Maintain F&B records Develop and implement policies and procedures for F&B departments Bring innovative ideas in all fields, especially marketing and PR Help develop the wine and liquor program Monitor that all steps of service are followed Audit and approve biweekly payroll Report directly to General Manager
