Daily Duties at Consulting Concepts & Management:
• Managed project teams consisting 3 – 15 analysts and technicians to successfully achieve project goals. • Managed small and large-scale network and information technology projects aimed at improving and establishing agreed upon operational standards within the customer’s technology environment. • Provided oversight on IT and Telecommunications projects involving the organization’s major accounts, including leading project activities during the implementation and integration of a full functioning Radio Frequency Identification project designed to track and monitor systems, transportation units, and product inventory. • Assisted in cultivating relationships with many top international companies including Manitowoc, Terex, IKON/Ricoh and Guardsmark.
