Daily Duties at Gruma Corp:
• Evaluation and opinion of internal controls on the basis of the law Sarbanes Oxley in the different plants from the group in Mexico and in the United States; elaboration of audit information presented to the Audit Committee and the Board of Directors. • Investigation and analysis of any possible frauds that could be presented/displayed in the plants; obtain the necessary documentation to come legally.
