• Property Manager for Pacific Crest in Seattle managing 14 properties with several of their key properties in my book of business. • Dealt with all aspects of property management: maintenance, marketing, filling all site manager positions, handling move out paperwork by the 14th of the following month, etc. • Licensed Real Estate Agent. (Left Pacific Crest to project manage the construction and start up operations for the building I am a partnered in: Regency Newcastle.
