• Developer and Startup Manager of a 20 million dollar, 99 units - 120,000 sq. ft. retirement community. • On-Site Owners Rep/Site Manager during construction: dealt with all design changes, FF&E purchases and installation, etc. • Startup Ops/ Managed and directed 55+ employees in all facets of operation: marketing, culinary services, assisted living, rehab services, accounting, plant operations/maintenance and housekeeping.
