Daily Duties at Kelly Cwpo:

I was hired to manage the program. This included the launch of the program, explaining and training on features and the benefits to internal hiring managers at Amgen as well as those suppliers selected to be part of the program. I was also responsible for on boarding and off boarding candidates as well as the constant monitoring on the status of candidate assuring they meet the needs of the hiring manager as well as the candidate being satisfied on the position. Also as part of the program I would provide various reports to upper management and hiring managers as well as to suppliers.
