• Recruited to support executive staff operations, coordinating international communications and fulfilling project research needs to create status, financial, and executive reports used by 25 leaders to make decisions • Hired, trained, scheduled, mentored, and coached 1,500 staff and volunteers, implementing incentives to encourage consistency, attendance, and work quality • Prepared annual and quarterly operating budgets for 6 departments and processed payroll • Spearheaded Hurricane Mitch relief efforts including international transportation to Honduras
