Daily Duties at Apogee Solutions, Inc., :

Licensed Clinical Consultant assigned to Wounded Warrior Battalion West, who clinically assessed military combat and catastrophic injured members and their families upon request. Patient advocate who assisted to promote an efficient, effective, and smooth rehabilitation/transition back to military duty or civilian life; assisted to promote continuity of care as the point of contact for service members/veterans and families to eliminate delays and gaps in treatment and services extending across the service member's/veteran's life time; work closely with the multiple federal and non-federal clinical and non-clinical teams in concert with the patient and family across the continuum of care; and work with patient, family, and health care providers to maintain a patient-centered care plan for the wounded, ill, and injured, to provide appropriate care and support.
