Planned and executed Investigator and Advisory Board Meetings within FDA guidelines for multiple pharmaceutical clients; Planned and executed all major aspects of pharmaceutical meeting management in domestic and international locations to include selecting site selection, building online registration databases, coordinating with outside vendors, and providing onsite management for meetings for up to 400 delegates; Coordinated with managers to prepare meeting budgets within FDA guidelines of up to $1M; Demonstrated leadership to global event coordinators by mentoring and training new event coordinators
