Director of EMR training and implementation,overseeing all aspects of this department including but not limited to workflow analysis and design, implementation, training, interface development and template customization; I created all training materials for physicians and staff; hiring, staff recruitment; clinical liaison to the 204 providers/ 37 divisions, create guidelines, policies and procedures to ensure EHR, HIPAA compliance and mitigate malpractice liability. Subject matter expert that includes security risk analysis, in EHR Incentive Programs: Meaningful Use and PQRS.
