Executed complex global study programs as functional service provider to sponsor and CRO - Therapeutic areas: CNS, MDD, Tardive Dyskinesia, Dementia, Anxiety Disorders; Primary contact for sponsor/CRO for the development and management of all project deliverables within timeframe;Designed project plans according to all contract deliverables; Forecasted all financial activity according to resource planning; Developed and maintained study specific procedures; Coordinated with other internal personnel (e.g. Technical Delivery, Total Quality Management, Clinical, Translations, Data Management, as well as Professional Services and Technical Delivery) resources to ensure the timely and quality preparation of project deliverables based on assigned scope-of-services; Provided ongoing career development, mentoring and performance feedback for team of direct reports consisting of 2 Project Specialists and 2 Project Assistants; assisted in hiring process
