Daily Duties at Staco Systems:
Full accountability for directing department functions, new product design, and modification of existing products. Execute a full range of recruitment, hiring, training, and performance appraisals in compliance with organizational policies and procedures. Lead and manage all engineering processes including designing, B&P (bid & proposal), customer interface, requirements definition, integration and test, verification and validation, and overall leadership based on inclusive management style. Capture key engineering issues and articulate the “big picture” portfolio and resources solutions by communicating appropriate resolutions that meet program and company objectives. Manage special projects in matrix organization.
