Daily Duties at Mexican American Opportunity Foundation:

 Review and analysis of AP reports.  Matching, sorting and coding invoices using MAOF’s accountant system.  Assist with month-end closing, including the journal entries and reconciliations.  Communicate with vendors regarding discrepancies and ensure that all venders’ issue are identified.  Database maintenance, Check runs, Filing and full-cycle AP jobs.
