Daily Duties at Potential Meets Legacy Sports Leadership Development:
Through our 6th Tool Elite Mentor Series™, we developed the Ultimate Champions Plan™, a 12-step formula that helps student-athletes and teams define the path to achieving greatness; before, during and after competition. Using our coaching experiences and processes from the D1 Level, we cultivated our teachings into The Champions Preferred-Future™ Program, a formal process that blends backwards mapping and strategic planning in order to live a life according to one’s passion and preference. We created a formula to guide teams on the journey to excellence called the RP Emphasis™ (RP = C w/ PR). And finally, we refined our LEGACY theme used from our coaching days into the Legacy Today™ system designed to build culture within teams.
