Oversee all aspects of company’s global transportation and warehousing spend and operations, estimated at over $60 million annually. Directed transportation efforts across 80 enterprise-wide programs and their transportation activities and logistics teams. Overhauled a poorly functioning corporate transportation and logistics group to optimize freight spend, efficiency, service and quality to build a world class transportation and logistics team. Designed and executed DI’s global transportation and logistics strategy through extensive SWOT (strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats) analysis.
