Daily Duties at Nrd New England:

Advisor for senior management on organizational strength as well as allocation of resources, monitor and track program execution, implementation and reporting requirements. Responsible for onboarding of all newly assigned personnel throughout 58 locations. Board member for the awards committee (monthly, quarterly, annually). Liaison between senior staff and field recruiters for all IT related issues.
