Daily Duties at Universal Jet Aviation, Inc.:
Accountable Manager for Maintaining operational and maintenance control over 14 Gulfstream GIII and GIV Aircraft through our company's GMM / RS/QC Manuals under FAA policies and procedures per 14 CFR. Developed, coordinated and implemented company policies and procedures, HR policies and manuals, strategic plan, interviews, hired and trained all employees, promoted continuous improvements, manage budgets and expenses, motivate and reward outstanding performance. Establish bench marks, structure, organize, and development of maintenance and operational programs that met and/or exceed the strategic goals, mission and projected growth of the company.
