Daily Duties at City Of San Jose:
Full responsibility for coordinating real time flow of information and intelligence allowing sound and timely decision making at senior levels. Supervised internal team of 30 staff. Designated as 24-hour management representative tasked with continuous, safe and efficient operation of facility according to FAA, TSA, State, and local regulatory requirements. Manage and monitor productivity of all activities and personnel in compliance with established quality assurance standards. Coordinate high-touch account management to ensure that all internal and external clients’ needs are met on a daily basis. Foster lasting professional tenant / vendor relationships.
