Daily Duties at Sst Inc/Shot Spotter:
Manage the day to day operations of a team of 25 Field Service Contractors covering 80 cities and 3 International sites. Responsible for employee maintenance (forecasting, operational efficiency, reviews, etc.) Including the management and assistance of company growth through guidance and training. Coordinates service level agreements and system integrity in the installation and repair and preventitive maintenence of company equipment. Effective in union and non-union environments, with inbound and outbound operations experience in both field operations and technical customer support.
