• Provided administrative leadership for faculty, staff, and students to fulfill education, research and clinical mission objectives. • Created and developed monthly financial reports, annual budgets, and process incentive payments for on-time delivery to faculty per Department FIBCI plan. • Facilitated processing of promotion packets, and recertification of faculty and volunteer faculty. • Processed monthly billings and provided guidance to staff for purchases and expenses in compliance with University policies and procedures. • Developed and implemented department Action Plan in partnership with department Chair in accordance with SOM action plan from the Executive Dean. • Created and maintained contracts with support and associated entities both within and outside of the university-(i.e. Veterans Administration, Pathology, Clinical Trial Center and others) • Supervised and guided residency Coordinator and resident education activities • Served on Committees for the SOM as requested/pertaining to my interests in career
