Daily Duties at Certified Payment Processing (A First American Payment Systems Co.):

Oversee day-to-day operations at CPP, including strategic planning and execution to enhance profitability, meet production goals and maintain efficiency throughout the company. Direct oversight of several departments, including Recruiting Center, Marketing, Call Center, Financial and MIS Analytics, KPI Reporting, WorkForce Management, Retention, Training and Quality Assurance plus Applications Processing. •Analyze business operations to determine improvement opportunities and overall business strategy •Establish and implement Company policies, goals, objectives, and procedures, while ensuring proper alignment between all departments •Develop and hold accountable an operational team that can successfully support the VP by achieving Company goals •Set Company objectives; create and lead Company initiatives aimed at improving the Company’s overall success •Create standardized operational processes and goals across all departments •Ensure all operational activities stay within the specified budgets and timelines •Suggest continuous improvements for all areas of the Company Responsible for leading 6 Directors and 250+ indirect employees.
