Improving the defense of the National Capital Region against advanced cruise missile threats through development of non-materiel solutions to key shortfalls. Coordinating closely on distributed modeling and simulation and statistical analysis requirements. Ensure coordination of tactical requirements between four NORAD command and control nodes. Lead seven tactics subject matter experts in developing plans, directives, and checklists. Ran the superb Cruise Missile Defense Wargame according to all participants including the Joint Program Office for Joint Test and Evaluation.
