Daily Duties at Jts Modular:
schedule plant production for each project, specification and plan review, material takeoffs to include structural steel, lumber, framing hardware, doors, windows, drywall, vinyl covered tack board, metal roof, HVAC systems, elastomeric (stucco), finish plumbing, finish electrical, assist in rough plumbing and rough electrical. quality control, RFI's, purchasing, plant production budget, promote plant safety, hire and terminate plant personnel over 130 men and women.
