MIC Duties: Supervised an trained new and existing employees on operation upgraded conventional and digital printing operations. Work with and overseeing coworkers that assit me with many printing assignments for press. work with following departments: Press, bindery, mailing and scheduling. As you know during the coarse of a day equipment, schedules along with human error create problems that need to be address to keep customers happy. One of many jobs I had to be ready to do: change work follow and reassign duties.
