• Provide General HR Support and Excellent Customer Service to 13 Branches Spread Across Southern Oklahoma • Assist Vice President of HR in Daily Duties and Projects • Create, Maintain, and Update Employee Files and Database Information for over 300 Employees • Coordinate and Process All On-Boarding Paperwork • Process Online Background and MVR Checks • Generate, Distribute, and Maintain Renewable Requirement Compliance Information and Distribute Reports to All Supervisors • Process all EAF Data and Submit Reports • Ensure I-9 and E-Verify Compliance • Ensure Joint Commission Compliance • Maintain and Update HCHB Accounts and Workflow • Manage Fleet Car Program • Implement and Manage New Relias Education System • Manage ADP Workforce Now Integration Project • Work Closely with Payroll Manager to Ensure Accuracy • Assist Employee Relations Coordinator As Needed • Assist Recruiters As Needed
