Responsibilities as Orthopedic Biosurgery Injection Specialist for viscosupplement Synvisc and Synvisc One hyaluronic acid Hylan G- F 20 Injections indicated for the treatment of knee pain due to osteoarthritis included all promotion , education, sales , ordering and distribution through Buy and Bill process for all east Tennessee Orthopedic and Rheumatology practices in Knoxville, Johnson City , Kingsport , Bristol Chattanooga and Cookeville . Consistently demonstrated careful business planning and execution of strategy to achieve territory goal. Forecasting inaccuracy was not tolerated. Critical thinking, Problem Solving skills, detailed Data and Sales Trend Analysis are required while monitoring progress closely against plan. Box sales vary widely each week per institution ; Nationally recognized for seamless and fluid Business Acumen. What Genzyme referred to as "Ability Agility" Meaning , the Ability to drop and move to plan B or C without hesitation or frustration to achieve my forecasted goal. Representatives were also able to negotiate contracts for better pricing to higher tier accounts . The discount must be made up in additional box sales . Representatives had True Profit and Loss responsibility/accountability. Thus, A strong business acumen , Top Notch analytical skills , True understanding of each individual accounts' business goals and company provided reporting tools all were crucial to drive sales growth and territory profit. Personally, I love the business side of buy and bill sales . It can be complex but its exciting! My Territory generated sales growth of 1.2 million dollars from August 2012 to August 2013. At the time of my resignation from Genzyme in October 2013 I was ranked #9 in the nation with a 37% year over year direct sales growth. Additionally I served as Team Reimbursement specialist and Healthcare Value and Economics lead 2013.
