Daily Duties at Lockheed Martin:

Analyzed and coordinated cash flow from operations resulting in 50% reduction in average receivable days. Generated weekly and monthly cash-flow report which benchmarked projection vs. actual within a 2% variance and highlighted potential compromising/detrimental situations. Forecasted cash flow for a global overview for monthly outlooks, short term and quarterly forecasts as well as Annual Financial & Strategic Plans. Participated in monthly meetings, reporting to the VP, Manufacturing on effects of on/off delivery schedules as it affected the revenue, return on sales, and other profitability ratios. Created and utilized a process which accurately forecasted spending & collection levels. Served as Total Quality Management Team Leader for seven individual teams consisting of 41 participants, which included chairing weekly meetings, identifying problematic issues, and objectively arbitrating departmental positions to facilitate resolution and meet quality objectives. Reviewed department policies & procedures for compliance purposes.
