• Coding and updating Cobol/IMS Programs for the Carrier Access Billing Systems (CABS) I was responsible for developing, testing and implementing production code for the CABS Usage group. • Served as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on new computer systems and software to provide new methods of systems development to increase programming productivity. • Accomplishments include implementing the Intelligent Work Station (IWS), a system using Personal Computers connected to a local Area Network to replace the stand-alone (dumb terminals).
