• Supervisor of a Team of 10+ Local Area Network (LAN) Managers providing Desktop Support and LAN services for 1,500 End Users and Executive Management located in the Verizon Corporate headquarters. • Responsible for the hiring and the dismissal of outside contractors to fulfill project needs, 'The coordination of team status meetings, assigning projects and work schedules, and conducted performance appraisals. • Provided End User coaching, training and technical support on software and network issues observed. • Perform server updates and new server configuration; troubleshooting server issues providing resolutions, custom updates, and maintenance for LAN Servers and Lotus Notes Servers. • Accomplishments: The consolidation of 121 Lotus Notes Servers reducing the server count to 23. without interruptions in the system. Resulting in a company wide savings of thousands of dollars in maintenance cost and administration. Maintaining the full functionality of Lotus Notes mail services to 10,000+ clients..
