Daily Duties at Verizon Communications Inc.:
• Responsibility includes the Monitoring of the performance and functionality of a Verizon external customer networking system to ensure routers and switches are functional and running. Ensuring the connectivity is secured and operational at 100%. • Serve as the first response to network outages and provided information to location contacts and technical support. • Providing trouble ticket information and follow up for tracking network issues.
