• As the IT Manager my responsibilities include having extensive knowledge and understanding of the Social Media Networking technology and how it applies to the company, knowledge of Computing Multimedia technology, and Web development experience. • My accomplishments include creating the company’s first multimedia website displaying videos and slide shows of past events, creating calendars for present events and hosting all information about the company. • Secured web hosting and development of social media network marketing campaigns and Blogging infrastructure. • Developed the company first vendor Database and tracking tool. • As Director of Operations, I manage over 40 employees consisting of Project Management Teams and Business Analyst Teams to coordinate all company projects, event performances and activities from start to finish. • Providing management and monitoring of all cross functional teams and department resources from the hiring of outside contractors to securing production resources. • Responsibilities also include generating new business ideas by engaging with community leaders and creating focus groups for planning events that will increase public exposure. Developing partnerships with stakeholders and Sponsors for hosting community Job Fairs / Business Expo’s and Training Classes for customer services and personal development for our clients. • Event Planning and coordination of the company’s first Career / Job Fair located at the Florida State Fairgrounds which included 80+ Vendors and job opportunities for the Tampa Bay community. Including Free resume writing classes, Guest speakers for interviews and dress for success classes. With a recorded attendance of 3000+
