Daily Duties at Epic Tech Llc:

• Providing excellent troubleshooting techniques and customer service skills, supporting end user customers of Server based Networks and Computer Gaming systems throughout the United States. • Assisting customers with technical support and System training via Helpdesk Technologies tools and Trouble Ticket tracking system and documentation. • Coordinating with customers and their Internet Service Providers for proper modem and Firewall configurations via Internet Protocol (IP) for communication with the company network. • Instrumental in all aspects of System Networking, Server implementation and upgrades, All Computing issues that enable our clients to maintain system availability and online access at all times. • Interacting with clients to resolve customer gaming disputes using customer event tracking tools and system logs to clear misunderstanding between the clients and their customers.
