Daily Duties at Apple One Professional:

As the manager of this new division of one of the largest employment services was to first write a business plan. In this plan I included the following A description of what this division did and how we were unique to our other Division in the organization and what made us unique. I built a financial plan including expected expenses and expected revenues. Next I developed an action plan and what milestones that I believed we could accomplish in the first year, and second year. Once the business plan was finalized by the President I then started to recruit, hire and train an internal staff that believed in the plan and had strong business development skills. Once the team was in place I established the metrics that would accomplish those goals this Included setting goals for my self since I was not only the division manager but I was also was a producer – I needed to lead by example. My responsibilities were to create a business plan. Created a startup budget. Hired, trained and mentored a staff. Created sales metrics for each member of the team. Help in sales, which involved creating a target list, set up sales meetings with clients I was hired to manage the program. This included the launch of the program, explaining and training on features and the benefits to internal hiring managers at Amgen as well as those suppliers selected to be part of the program. I was also responsible for on boarding and off boarding candidates as well as the constant monitoring on the status of candidate assuring they meet the needs of the hiring manager as well as the candidate being satisfied on the position. Also as part of the program I would provide various reports to upper management and hiring managers as well as to suppliers.
