Daily Duties at Metro Plus:
Took charge of company’s product-line growth and sustainability by creating innovative strategies. Closely monitored all phases of product development & operations, implementation and execution, while evaluating results. Ensured the accomplishment of product analysis, business case development, and resource acquisition in a timely manner. Observed compliance with city, state, and federal regulations by constructing and establishing program policies and procedures. Supervised cross-functional teams in reviewing new product concepts, as well as coordinated with Communications Department in creating evidence of coverage (EOC), statements of benefits (SOB), and marketing materials. Designed product and operations strategies through collaborative efforts with Marketing, IT and Sales teams.
