Daily Duties at Allied Barton Security Services:

Frequently handle public relations issues including rule infractions. Conduct benefits enrollment for new employees. Verifies I-9 documents and maintains books current. Submitted online investigation requests and assisted with new employee background checks. Also assist with auditing of various payroll data entry into the HRIS system, medical/dental deductions, timesheets, sick leave, benefits, vacation, etc. Updated HR spreadsheets with employee change requests and processed paperwork. Assist with processing of performance review forms, recruitment and interview process and terminations. Answers telephones and transfer calls to appropriate staff members, meet and greet visitors, create and modify documents using Microsoft Excel, perform general clerical duties to include photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing, maintain hard copy and electronic filing systems and sign for and distribute mail. Coordinates and maintains records for staff office space, phones, parking, and office keys. Setup and coordinates meetings and conferences. Maintains and distributes staff weekly schedule meetings, provides guidance and on the job training to other security personnel and new employees.
