Daily Duties at Dignity Health:
Managed the implementation of strategic initiatives for 11+ clinics, 500+ staff and 300+ physicians in collaboration with clinic operations, the business office, physicians, IT, system analysts, and product vendors. Recruited, trained and supervised a team of senior analysts, system trainers and technicians to provide project and operational support of systems and processes Identified and addressed training and organization development issues. Facilitated corporate trainings and process improvement meetings. Conducted and documented clinic audits.
