Oversee the development and implementation of multiple complex organizational wide projects. Responsible for planning, development, evaluation, coordination and management of the information, technology systems and personnel. Chairman of IT standards committee, developed departmental budgets. Software development manager for IT staff of more than 30 software engineers.
