• Direct outbound call center merchant processing (40 employees). • Balance budgets, outputs and WFM. • Worked directly with Business owners around their Merchant Processing and business needs. • Created and implemented Advisor / Team Lead trainings and protocols. • Worked directly with owners on company growth and process improvement around growth and opportunities. • Increased monthly revenue from $150,000 to $1,000,000 in 9 months.
