• Familiar with PCA preparations along with several pumps used to administer them. • Performed pharmacokinetic and anticoagulation calculations, converted IV to PO. • Resolved third-party insurance rejects. Recommended meds to prescribers and nursing staff. • Compounded meds as needed.
