Led cashier team to and increased credit metric from 65% to 120% from September 2014-December 2014 by means of training and coaching by setting expectations of cashier team to achieve results via inspiring incentives • Led Backroom team to exceed online and receiving metrics of 99.9% delivery and processes • Sustained following teams: Cashier, Backroom, and HR office associates (40 during holiday season total associates) which each have lead management to continue exceeding company metrics to deliver satisfying customer experience, attain credit applications, and retain and add to our loyalty shopping program, . • 90% delivery of market recap of our store weekly to market leaders of hits and misses, to then follow up on action of misses which enlarges our store's success above 85% of market expectations of processes, customer satisfaction • Maintain and manage the proper function of operation of facilities, and support technology with 85% within a month's time of delivery of turnaround for broken and damaged operation support
