Achievements: • Successful management and execution of stand-attendance at two international exhibitions, Rehacare in Düsseldorf, Germany, and Eurosatory in Paris, France, achieving 200% of target new business leads. These exhibitions were supported by online and print advertising, social media, DM, email and promotional activity • Managed the redesign, copywriting, print and distribution of company literature, sell-in decks and template library • Launched the company’s first customer satisfaction monitoring schedule to improve retention and curb attrition of high-value customers and define key business focuses
