Achievements: • Managed January and Spring campaigns driving +12% incremental spend and 1.6M impressions to 50 key merchants in the travel, dining and retail industries through DM, EM, social media, online display, bespoke micro-sites and other channels; supporting the business achieve direct business volume, digital content, merchant and customer NPS and engagement goals • Improved SLA of offer live deployment from an average of 15 days to 10 days by streamlining internal processes across three business units • Achieved over 300% of 2012 offer procurement target through effective communication, engagement and relationship management of internal and external stakeholders • Managed digital platforms ‘Cardmember Offers’, ‘Realise the Potential’ and ‘Selects’ encompassing over 700 offers from local, national and international brands Campaign and website management: • End to end offline and digital merchant and partner offer campaign strategy, management and execution, ensuring a valuable, engaging and memorable customer experience • Brief, engage and manage internal/external agencies and stakeholders, including merchants and partners • Content and design development whilst maintaining brand integrity for American Express and merchants • Ensure campaigns and websites comply with internal and external guidelines and regulations • Effective campaign targeting to reach engaged and reactive Cardmembers • Relevant results and best practice reporting across all channels and merchants • Budget management for ROI and campaign effectiveness • Manage and develop Marketing Assistants
